Payment Methods
At the moment, only local bank transfer to our local POSB savings accounts is available.
We shall consider other options in the near future.
Cheque payments and cash are only accepted in very special circumstances.

We will regularly inform members about any upcoming sale and will organise a spree with a cut off date for your ordering.
You may be able to access the merchants' websites and let us know your order through email at shippingshopping@ymail.com (order forms will be available at a later date).
We will then calculate your costs and send you an invoice.
You are then required to transfer the full amount to our Counterpart in SG, to enable our order in the website.
We are not responsible for any sold out items and will inform you as soon as we can.
Please note that when you have selected any clearance or sale goods, they may be out of stock within that time frame of us providing a quote and you making the payments. We will inform you immediately if your goods have become out of stock and refund you the costs ofthat product. Please note that there will not be a refund of service charges at any point of time. Thus, it is important that you make the decision and payment promptly so as not to be disappointed. The least we want to know is that we've served an unhappy customer.

Once you have marked down your shopping items, you may email us at shippingshopping@ymail.com with your orders and we shall send you our detailed invoice for the payment of your items after conversion, shipping costs, etc.
You will be then required to transfer the said sum to our local POSB account and received an acknowledgement of receipt from us. We will then proceed with your order.
Once the order with the merchant has made, you will be notified of the same and the tracking status of the delivery will be updated regularly.
Once the items have reached Singapore, our Counterpart in Singapore will despatched your items to you via Singpost registered mail or local courier at your cost.
